AV Project Manager (2 roles in Lagos & Abuja)
The AV Project Manager will be responsible for performing non-routine research and administrative tasks related to the coordination and oversight of projects to ensure timely and effective project development and completion.
Skills/Competencies
- Ability to supervise and manage tasks and personnel to meet project objectives.
- Fundamental understanding of AV system functionality and installation process and techniques.
- Knowledge of planning commercial construction tasks with dependencies.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well with other people.
- Ability to trouble shoot and solve technical, personnel or other project related issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft project, Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD viewing or mark-up utilities.
- Ability to read and comprehend project technical documents including, but not limited to; engineering and architectural drawings, schedules, test reports, or commissioning documents.
- Ability to create and maintain construction schedules.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and be a safe driver.
Requirements:
- Candidate must currently be residing in either Lagos or Abuja
- B.Sc. in any relevant field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management including planning, scheduling, tracking and status reporting.
- CAPM, PMP (required)
- CTS (Certified Technical Specialist) required or obtained within 6 months - 1 year of joining the client’s company, if selected
- Recent audiovisual project management in the A/V commercial integration or construction industry
- Experience with audio visual control systems such as Crestron, AMX and Extron (an advantage)

The ideal candidate should be able to communicate fluently in English(other major local languages may be an added edge). Must be able to use social media to drive sales, has at least 1 year experience in sales and marketing preferable in the ICT space and understands the Nigerian terrain.
The ability to drive is an added advantage.
We are looking to pay between N50,000 - N100,000 as fixed income; depending on experience, plus a commission on net profit from sales at the end of each month.
