A company in Ikoyi, Lagos is looking to hire an Office Manager to support the company's operations by maintaining office systems.
Job Description:
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Maintain office condition and arrange repairs where & when necessary
-Provide general support to all staff and ensure smooth running of the office
- Double as front desk officer and also ensure office is ready for the start of the business day and closed properly at the end of each business day
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as well as work with IT on all office equipment.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
- Liaise with facility management vendors including cleaning , security services
- Address staff queries regarding office management issues
Requirements:
- Knowledge of office administration responsibilities and procedure
- Inventory Control
- Reporting Skills
- Time management skills very key
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational & planning skills
