Sales Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Salary: N150,000 monthly
Variable Pay/Incentive: Can earn up to N450,000 monthly
Requirements:
Candidates MUST
• Possess First degree in any related discipline
• Have Strong interpersonal skills
• Have at least 10 years sales experience, 5 years at management level.
• Be Proactive
• Posses the ability to effectively supervise resources.
Job Roles
• Implement Company’s strategy to achieve Projected goals and Objectives.
• Implement Business policies and Processes
• Co-ordinate sales and operations activities in the Territory
• Oversee the activities and performance of the Team
• Ensure Team members have the necessary tools to perform
• Liaise with other functions in the Company to ensure achievement of objectives
• Evaluate Individual and overall Performance of Team.
• Provide feedback, support and coaching to the Team
• Provide gap analysis reports to HQ for Team Training
• Develop and Deliver presentations and proposals to Clients
• Ensure Team members use the provided selling and operational tools.
• forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
• Manage and control Financial expenses in tandem with budgets
• Market intelligence gathering and analysis.
• Attend scheduled operational meetings with Clients
Skills Required:

• Ability to work under pressure.
Job Roles
• Plan and monitor the project
• Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
• Monitor overall progress and use of resources, initiate corrective actions where necessary.
• Report through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments.
• Maintain an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
• Adopt and apply appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards.
• Identify and obtain support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
• Manage project administration
• Conduct a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed
