HR/ Admin Manager: Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Nigeria with interest in other sectors is in search of an experienced HR/ Admin Manager.
Location: Awe, Oyo State.
Requirements
•Age: 30 -45
•Sex : Male
•Educational qualification:
B.Sc./HND in Industrial Relations/Personnel Management, Business Admin, Sociology, Psychology, or any other related discipline.
Membership of CIPMN
MSC an added advantage
Computer literate - ability to use MS words, excel etc.
•Experience:
At least 5 to 7 years post qualification cognate working experience in HRM/Admin preferably in a Manufacturing company
•Must have
Able to recruit (advertise vacant position{s}, shortlist qualified candidates for interview and assist in conducting of Interview, selection and placement), train & develop staff
Good teamwork & Interpersonal relationship skills - employee relations at all levels.
Excellent communication & writing skills - ability to write and interpret reports.
Knowledgeable in Performance and Reward Management.
Good analytical/IT skills and able to use power point and organize in-house training.
Good knowledge of office practice - filing, events/meetings management, mail administration, etc.
Monitoring and keeping proper personnel records of staff .i.e. leave administration , attendance and records management
Planning ,effective organizational ,analytical and decision-making skills
Professionalism / Provide advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures
Ability to perform any other duty assigned by the MD/Management
