Professional and Academic Qualifications

•    B.Sc. Minimum of Second Class Lower in any Social/Management courses or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institute
 •    Previous Banking Ops/Customer Service or Telecoms experience is required (Must).
 •    2-4 hands-on Experience in Similar field
 •    Professional qualifications from the recognized professional board will be an added advantage.  Required Skills:
 •    Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
 •    Proficient in MS Office packages
 •    Excellent time management
 •    Good communication and writing skills
 •    Good problem solving & decision making skills
 •    Good Analytical and Report writing skills
 •    Good people management skills
 •    Can do attitude
 •    Self Driven Remuneration is very attractive.
